    How should I dose this stack????

    Creatine, Xtend, Agmatine 750mg a scoop, Flashover???? I figured I will take creatine in the morning about 3G, Xtend for my morning snack and during my workout 2 scoops each, Flashover 30 min before workout and the agmatine im not sure on I have never taken it and I have the powder not pills. So I see u can take it in the morn or before workout what would u guys suggest with the stack I plan on?? TIA

    Creatine - anytime of the day. You have to reach saturation point first by dosing 5g/day for 8 weeks. And then you can maintain 3g~5g from there.
    Xtend - in between meals. An hour or two after a meal. Use 10g.
    Flashover - preworkout.

    I'm not educated in the dosing protocol for Agmatine, but they usually use it preworkout but I don't know how much.

    XII02 has ya covered for most of it up there. ^

    For agmatine, there's a lot you can do with it. You can do 500mg AM, 500mg PM, preferably with high carb meals. You can do 500-1000mg about an hour preworkout. I like to do 500mg with breakfast, then 500mg with a high carb preworkout meal in the afternoon, a couple hours before the workout. You can take it every day if you want all day fullness, slight libido increase, some nutrition partitioning, slight mood enhancement, etc. Or you can just take it preworkout for the pump.

    Thanks I think Im going to do it 500 for breakfast and 500 pre workout and on off days maybe just 750mg in the am. I dont think I need the whole G on off days or do I?

    Yea I have been taking creatine for awhile with my pre I was on in assualt and then when I was off that taking it on workout days 5g. Last week I took a week off the gym and didnt take really any supps so Im not sure if Im still saturated? I heard once saturated u only need 3-5 grams 4-5 days a week. I mean how can u really tell if u are saturated for real?

    Nah, you don't need to do the full thing. You could do 500mg daily if you wanted to. 1g is going to be more pronounced. It's up to you.
