    Dymatize Elite Mass ?

    I got this because I'm having trouble eating in the morning as I'm having to wake up at different times every morning. It's hard to train myself to eat in the morning at such random times. I noticed it has Creatine Mono & Kre-Alkayln which I'm not to happy about. I'm already taking 3g of C-bol on workout days. I guess a little more creatine wouldn't hurt. But does ANYONE know how much creatine is in the serving size of 4 scoops? I don't want to be taking in 10g of creatine....
