Thoughts on new forum design

Is it me or is this hard to read? I feel like I have to squint to read this new forum layout.

I agree on the pc it's hard to read but it's easier on the eyes while browsing on my phone however portrait to landscape in mobile version blows. It doesn't adjust to fit the screen size so I have to refresh all the time. I'm using iPhone 3G anyone else having this issue???

I've got an iPhone 4 and not really having that problem.

I'm on the iPod touch and it won't switch for me. But although I liked the previous version's font better, at least now I can see people's quoted messages. Before I couldn't.

All they did was move some things around, I don't see what the fuss it all about. Just web designers justifying their jobs/salaries I suppose.

at first I hated it,

but it's growing on me!

still I really liked the old one and I think nobody complained about the old one so if something is fine, why change it? (since no features have been added- just design)

Back in my day we didn't have new forum designs. We used to scribble a message on the bathroom stall and then come back and see what response we got a week later.....and that's the way it was and we liked it

You can't tell me the fact that you're typing in a non-bold 8 is ok with you. This forum just looks like every other forum now. The old one was different. If you just pulled up a post I made, it would be really hard to tell from EVERY OTHER SITE THAT USES BLACK BACKROUND WHITE FONT (thank you DeadJournal est. 2001) . I would take the black over the "new" white tho. That shh just hurts my eyes way too badly. Why isn't everything bold anymore?? Who had a problem with that and where can I neg him.

if you want a larger font, yes. To me it looks the same as before though.

You guys are definitly right, the problem is the font size is way too small.

What I don't like:

-You have to go advanced to see the smilies
-You cannot just hit the "reply" button and open up a box like you used to.
-The font is the same size, it's just a different font.

But, they still can't get new products in the store in a timely fashion. (srs)
