ok yesterday i went to ralphs and i had the Peanut butter fluff flavor ices.. out of control lol. It was a small which shows on the nutrition website that average cream ices has 25carbs,22sugars,3g fat,just about 100cals. Anybody ever feel guilty when eating ices???? i just started my cut agian and iam 3 days in and i had ices last night lol i feel like i ruined my day of good eating i know its mental though.

I know i shouldnt worry about the ices... it is the sugar that bothers me.... thats all but end of conversation thanks... HEY pug thanks for the link i got some reading to do on the iifym..... i have tried it in the past it didnt work well with me due to miscalculations and just misconceptions on how it works. i will try it agian.
