    Low fat but no abs

    Hi forums.

    9.22 body fat percentage.. 5'7 125pds. Not much fat anywhere but very little on the gut.. what exercises(or diet) should i do to build up abs and reduce stomach fat? 21 now and last time i had them was back at 13ish lol.
    Right now i run about 3 miles on hills every other day and take a protein shake after that. Am cutting out most junk food and consuming more vegetables, fruit and meats.

    the problem could be that you just dont have any muscles there. do some weighted ab exercises.

    You're probably not 9%. It's possible to be that low without abs but it's usually only if your muscles aren't developed yet (i.e. young kids)

    I work as a teachers assistant for kids with learning disabilities or just troubled kids and there's a kid that I work with who looks like a holocaust victim but his abs aren't visible. Then again he's 12-13 years old. Chances are you got an inaccurate reading.

    I wouldn't doubt the 9% bodyfat looking at your weight/height. Try doing some weighted ab exercises to get then to show. After a few weeks they should pop up a little

    9.22 is a pretty specific number, did you do a bod pod test?

    Thanks. what would you suggest? Weighed crunches? how much should i start with.

    I cant post links until 30 posts but i used bmi-calculator dot net before i posted. I doubt its accurate but wanted an idea.
