Well rest from weights. My job has me on my feet the entire time and I decided it was a nice day outside so I walked there and back....which was a good idea, i'm just all tuckered out. My workouts also hit me hard today, will probably skip the gym again tomorrow.
Yeah so for diet.... I'll just lay it out real quick:
-- Keep in mind I had literally no time to prep food -- and also starved all day
#1 Protein shake and handful of yogurt covered raisins
#2 8 hours later Protein shake 1 apple
#3 4 hours later 2 titan protein bars + 1 slice of pizza
#4 1 carbmaster yogurt and some raspberries + protein shake
Blah. not eating anymore tonight, screw it. I'll figure it out tomorrow lol.
Macros ~ 225/200/40 lol FAIL

most people would feel hungry eating that
someone at almost 200lbs would feel real hungry
someone at almost 200lbs with your LBM would feel starving
someone at almost 200 lbs w/ your LBM who eat 3lbs of meat a day normally would feel FAMISHED

Since I last posted, neighbor brought homemade cookies over
I ate 10 fresh, warm, albeit rather bland cookies with 2 glasses of milk/whey......and macros are now
~300/400/80

Yep, I made them all. Recipe for those guys is:
Chock-Full of Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
6 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 oz (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz (2 cups) milk chocolate chips
Directions
Position a rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smoothly blended, about 1 minute. Stop the mixer and scrape the sides of the bowl as needed during mixing. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until blended, about 1 minute. The mixture may look slightly curdled. On low speed, add the flour mixture, mixing just until it is incorporated. Mix in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Use a Tablespoon to drop heaping spoonfuls of dough (about 3 level Tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing the cookies 3 inches apart.
Bake the cookies one sheet at a time until the edges are lightly browned and the centers are golden, about 15 minutes. Cool the cookies on the baking sheets for 10 minutes. The cookies will flatten slightly as they cool. Use a wide metal spatula to transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
The cookies can be stored in a tightly covered container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Solid workout, in and out, kept higher reps to give my joints a break, only 1 or maybe 2 sets to true failure. And now time to work till 1am....it's going to be eventful.
Diet So far:
#1 - Oatmeal Waffles + 4 eggs and some cheeeese + Coffee Protein shake
#2 - 12 oz chicken stuffed with asparagus, garlic, shallot and some spices + 12oz raspberries ($1.25 at the store!!)

That's awesome about the oreos - which looked amazing - though that is a bit but brains are weird -- what do you think pops in my head every time I see or hear a reference to a parrot? Yup - you guessed it.
Today was a weird day....I just got off work, it turned out to be a 12....wasn't on my feet quite as much -- work was fine but I don't know, sometimes i have to deal with some really depressing things and I feel temporarily thrown out of balance if that makes sense.

We actually just gave him to a friend in NC because he was driving us insane....dog barks, bird screams, dog barks, etc. I miss him a little but I don't miss the noise!!!

There he is! pretty bird deserves a cookie. That's a little sad that you had to give him away but seems for the best, stressful noise isn't good for any person or animal.
Depressing things But I get that....today was a 'dark and cloudy' day for me a little as well. It gets sunny again!
-I've come to the conclusion that we wouldn't appreciate (or even know) that it was dark unless we have experienced sun...and during the sunny times it seems you can better determine what your actions need to be when there is no light.
You could lose that in 7 days with the ultra master mega colon blow cleanse! *paging dr. magnesia*
That won't be bad - what's the cut for? just mini cut to resume bulking? make the next prep easier?
