Diet so far:
#1 - Pork roast and red potatoes
#2 - Granola and yogurt + whey
#3 - more pork roast, nothing else lol
#4 - Chicken in 2 high fiber wraps
#5 - Beef and broccoli stir fry
#6 - Almonds and "whey dough"
I hit about 400grams protein, ~250 carbs and ~ 90 fat if I figured it out right....about 3500 cals

Im guessing 300mg
suggestion: buy the 3x strength-->900mg dha and epa in 1200-1400mg caps
dha and epa content is all that matters and you will save money (and cals) buy taking few caps

The extreme of MMDELAD would be a dumbass move and thus would not fit into MMDELAD.....I think I got all the bases covered
Moderation is great...I basically eat the "clean" foods like standard bb'ng stuff all the time until my body goes "CRAP! WE NEED SOME ____ RIGHT NOW!" and then I go get my fill and back onto what I want.
It also helps if you can cook and your food tastes good Now....if only I could figure out how to bake, I'd be set.

9 of 10 IIFYMers don't claim IIFYM to stress moderation, but rather to glorify eating junk
and they totally ignore (and tell others to do the same) 90% of what constitutes proper nutrition, even though the forum is supposed to be about...nutrition

I eat a lot of good foods, but also a lot of rubbish. I eat a lot of food in general.
I worked out my micros for a day during this week and have found that (taking these figures with a pinch of salt) I was hitting 200% on most daily recommendations for micros, and was under in only two. Now, obviously the fact that I train means I would require more than an average person, and these daily requirements are a load of crap anyway. However, I thought that it was worth mentioning.

Agreed -- though one thing to keep in mind is even though they're on this website, having a nutritious diet may not be a priority....just like we could be on an investing website or financial advising website and be interested in day trading instead of say doing the smart thing and maxing 401k's and roth IRA's....because day trading tastes better, er....is more fun.

Newark Castle FTW! That's in Port Glasgow right or right outside of it? There's a really nice park. I went to Greenock just for a day and part of that was a trip over to newark castle. SO cool. have you been there?
Day's been fun so far. At my moms and helping her with a lot of things since she has cancer and can't do a whole lot at the moment. I am TIRED. But time to go hit legs for the first time in a month or so because of a back injury flare up....wish me luck
