    Chest day after shoulders?

    Yesterday was Shoulders/Traps/Forearms day and today was Chest/Bis day. Is this a bad schedule decision because during my chest workout my shoulders were on fire and now I got home and I have a sharp pain on my right shoulder.

    Should I change my schedule? and will this pain affect my shoulder recovery?

    No way man. Bad setup. You need your shoulders for benching. Do Chest, back and then shoulders or if you want more time to recover: Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders.

    Just order it so you have time to recover your shoulders.

    at least give chest and shoulders 2 days apart man
