Up like the side of my leg not sure if its my shin or something else, I usually only get them when I run. Is there a way to make them go away? I was thinking about getting new shoes, I've had the same Nike's for a year and the little air bubbled popped from a friend stabbing it.

Shin splints don't really go away if you don't rest
I remember in p.e. I had to run 3 miles every day and after a week my shins felt a little sore, I just ignored it and it got to the point where I couldn't even run, just limp really fast lolsig line can't be a novel crew. and I'll be banned if I make it a novel again
