    Will i be slower

    I havent been active much or at the gym for a whole 2 weeks and i really have done nothing because i hurt my back squatting and now im wondering if i wll be slower now after 2 weeks of nothing

    I hope not also im better my back is fine but i have no gym by me at my grandparents

    A lot of times when you take some time off you can be improved because your body gets extra rest. Especially if you have been going for a while. I doubt you will be slower but if it starts being more you might see a decrease in your performance.

    Go running and find out! You'll be faster than you were when your back hurt, but you do lose some conditioning on a 2 week layoff, especially if you spent it in front of the TV eating chips and ice cream. Which I'm sure nobody here has ever done.
