could someone please tell me how to get rep points? i see people with like thousands of rep points and i cant get 1.lol. could someone give some tips or advice on how to get rep points?

OP you can see a USER CP panel on the top of the page, it helps you keep track on your reps.

how come it says i have 0 rep power under my picture, but on my user cp it says i have 24 or whatever.
