    is this a reasonable goal?

    by the end of may next year i wanna be 160 lbs lean for summer. is that possiable if i work my a** of all year or no?
    cutting down to 140lbs

    yes, it is. do starting strength, get some Whey and other amino acids and take those PW (post workout) and stay away from other workouts while on Ss. you're gonna gain some weight, because you'll be eating a lot, but you'll also be boosting your bench, squat, and dead lift WAY over your goals. you'll gain muscle mass, and after the initial gains from SS is over, my advice is go back to body building and conditioning to burn off the fat, and keep packing on muscles. and maybe do 5/3/1 on a 2 day split
