    New to this, bulk, cut or what?

    Hi, as the title says I'm new to all this and don't know much about bulking and cutting. I'm 6'2, 205 pounds and into my second week of Starting Strength. So far I've just been eating around maintenance and getting in and around 200g protein daily. Judging from the pictures, should I bulk, cut or continue what I'm doing?

    You should definitely cut probably around 20-30 lbs

    Cut for now. Looks like you could probably afford to lose even more than 20-30 lbs, depending on your goals. If you're 205 right now, I suspect your LBM is low for a person 6' tall. You'll eventually need to bulk or at least recomp, but for now the advice would unequivocally be to cut.

    Cut for sure man. When you bulk you will be putting on body fat as well as muscle. So bulking when your body fat is already high will just make cutting take that much longer. Good luck though man, just stick with it!
