Drop the Dark Matter. It contains Glycerol Monostearate (GMS) which is banned by the NCAA. It is classified as a diuretic. I have no idea how much GMS is in Dark Matter, or how much GMS it takes to fail an NCAA drug test, but I wouldn't risk it.
Caffeine is restricted, not banned. I read somewhere that it would take about 6 cups of coffee in an hour to have enough caffeine in your body to fail an NCAA drug test. White Flood doesn't have near that much caffeine. It is fine.

Problem is most ATC's don't take the time to read. So they tell you to avoid supps even though there is nothing wrong with them. They just go by the philosophy that taking nothing is better than taking anything.
So it is typically best to do the research on your own.
The NCAA will not let you play if you fail a test and blame your ATC for telling you it was ok. They will still not let you play and you will have wished you checked it on your own.

I will update this list with new supps when I find them.

-classified as a diuretic by the NCAA
-found in the following supplements: Dark Matter, GylcerGrow, Hemorush, will update
1,3-Dimethylamylamine
-very common in preworkout drinks, and fat burners

-A single serving of most preworkouts do not contain enough caffeine to cause you to fail a drug test
-Caffeine concentrations at or above 15mcg/ml in urine will cause a failed NCAA drug test

You should pitch in with info that is actually correct.
NO3 Black Chrome is fine
NO Xplode is fine
C4 Extreme will be added to the list
Pump-Bol is fine
M5 will be added to the list
ACG3 never even heard of this before but will be added to the list
Please just don't go throwing out any supplement. If you have a question about a particular supplement ask and I will look it up.

What's funny is that article bashes the NCAA for not telling everyone that they have updated their regulations.
The funny part about it is that no one took the time to research jack3d and look at the ingredients. If they had they would have caught this early.
I do not pity anyone who fails the NCAA's tests.

Yet again thanks, looks like im returning my DM to bb.com in exchange for something that won't + me on a test. I was already aware of the 1,3 dimeth being banned but to be honest i never liked 1,3's effects anyways. As strict as the NCAA is you think that it would set a clearer list of banned supplements, or in a perfect world a full list of banned ingredients. I don't mind looking to see if the individual ingredients in my supps are banned, it just becomes more complicated when i don't have any information on whether a majority of the ingredients in supps i take are banned or not...
