That is truly an impossible question to answer. The guy could literally subscribe to any number of lifting programs. Some kind of Power/Hypertrophy combo to gain strength and size in addition to explosive and athletic movements? Your best bet is to ask him on twitter...
Probably just ask your college S&C coach what you can and should be doing to prepare... if you're going off to play college ball next year, why haven't they given you a workout program yet?

All power exercises.
-Power Cleans
-Push Presses
-Bench Presses
-Squats
-Deadlifts
Move a lot of weight at high speeds. They do a lot of sled work...pushing and pulling sleds. Most of the exercises are total body, big movementsMatt
