Squat days are fun for me. I just like squatting, idk it's definitely my favorite exercise.

High schools here started three weeks ago.

Also, I just got my Centurion legless briefs in. They're size 38 and my hips are 37 and legs 23 at the top. I really hope the leg openings stretch a little because they feel like hell, but not as bad as a full suit. I was hoping for some hip comfort and very passive support but it's more like sh!t this hurts more than I expected and it'll probably take decent weight to hit parallel. I'm not even sure if they're on all the way because there's about an inch of leg.

brah will you still be able to do any lifting at all? If so yoou could do leg press, or if you have the equipment, belt squat. And you can work on your arms and abs - bitches love that. Maybe even your back? Can't think of anything else really. :/

The doctor might've told him to rest until surgery. I'm sure he can work around it after. And if not, then a few extra workouts before a 6-12 month hiatus won't make any difference.

Was going to do 6-rep squats for the first time (ever?) and asked Hickson what I should do. I had planned on 470 at most and figured even that would be a stretch. He said "470-495 would be gud". Enjoy:

I felt like SHIIIAAAT all day. I think I have E Coli (srs...my "gf" has it and it would explain a lot of my issues lately). Going to dr tomorrows (today). Made this squat session very very very painful and can't eat anything now. I laid on the ground for a few minutes after a couple of those sets.

When I got home there were 3 pretty good sized muleys...one was blocking my door.

Edit: also, notice the Russian **** who is ****ing oblivious to her idiocy. Bitch gets in my way on one side, then goes to the other to do abs and **** right as I'm unracking. Then realizes I actually squat deep and gets the **** out of the way. Herp F-in derp bitch. Had I failed that set I could have smashed her. There are a dozen other places to do her stupid **** then right next to my squat rack. Rage.

You see me squat every thursday, you know what my deal is, there are tons of places to do abs to try and get rid of your 3-month knocked even though you aren't pregnant stomach...leave me alone.
