    Shoulder blade muscle exercises

    I am quite big and not exactly skinny and my shoulder blades stick out still so i need to build muscle there , what exercises proper work well on that area

    iv just got loads of booking in my college bag i carry around which way just under 3 stone (40 lbs) haah, made me shoulders big carrying it around with me all the time. on my shoulders

    give some though into working your traps along with upper back exercises

    ive got the same problem and im not small lol.

    just do more pulls than pushes. try to do more back than chest. focus on posture all the time.

    rows
    reverse flys
    face pulls

    anything working upper to middle back.

    it gets better the more you work it. mine isnt perfect but its gotten alot better since the beginning of the summer.
