    Help moving past plateau

My bench has been stuck at 150 pounds for 5 months now and its really irritating. I've tried differenct workouts switched to dumbbells but nothings helping me get out of the plateau.

Does anyone have any suggestions or workouts that they can suggest to help me break out of my plateau?

The thing that helped me the most was starting to do a lot of shoulder stuff.. I found out pretty quick that was one of my huge weaknesses. I just recently took 2 weeks off due to a trip a lot of people advise taking a break for a week or 2 so that is something to consider. Ofcourse I lost a lot of strength and about 10 lbs, but I was also in africa and being pretty lazy over there.

Try taking a break for a week to let your muscles recover.

    And maybe change your diet.

Make sure you're getting enough protein, 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
