Thinking to grab the buy 1 get 1 free offer on bb.com, what are the changes in 2.0? On no xplode page says "Contains 4 Novel Creatine Sources – No Creatine Monohydrate" I saw CEE listed as 1 of the creatine sources, is CEE better than creatine monohydrate? :s11: Any no xplode reps can help?

1.) The main differences between N.O.-XPLODE 2.0 and the original formula is that we ramped up more of what people loved about the formula: Pumps, energy, endurance, focus, etc. For example, we ramped up beta-alanine, citrulline malate, the vinca alkaloids, betaine and others.
2.) CEE has better absorption than monohydrate. Again, there esterification helps with the lipid solubility of the creatine.
3.) There is nothing wrong with creatine monohydrate, the majority of studies that have been done on creatine have been done on monohydrate. Many of the performance enhancing benefits of creatine are based on studies done with creatine monohydrate. Here’s one thing to remember with creatine, it all has the base chemical structure. The AKGs, Ethyl Ester and other bonds you may see are ionic bonds to creatine mono. The mineral or salt bonds help with their absorption or uptake. So we use CEE for example simply to improve absorption. I don’t knock monohydrate at all like some companies do. Yes, some people have troubles absorbing monohydrate and may experience bloating but that sometimes can be from people still believing that they need to load it which is complete bs.
In each scoop of N.O.-XPLODE, there is over 2 grams of creatine, pretty good from a pre-workout product.

Hilarious ^^ But sorry to hear the energy was weird.
CEE is a creatine molecule with an ester attached. Normal creatine molecules are zwitterions, or molecules with one positive end and one negative end. This causes less absorption into the body.
However, the ester counteracts the charges and allows for almost 99% absorption into the body. This removes the need for a loading phase, and is THE MOST absorbent creatine by far yet!
Some Pros of CEE:
More effective because of increased absorption.
All or majority of users will respond to this.
Does not cause any of the side effects of monohydrate such as bloating or stomach discomfort.
No loading phase or a 1 day loading phase.
I hope this helps but keep in mind we're all entitled to an opinion, not here to argue that, just trying to help out when possible. In the end, the consumer will make their own decision as there's no subject more accurate then your body and how it will or won't respond to certain supplements. We all know what works for us and what doesn't based on trial/error and trying different things.
