So today started off-season football training which we all know means squats. So basically all we really do is tons of legs and light upper body so because im hitting legs 2-3 times a week i wont be doing them in my routine because idk the schedule of when we do legs. So my new one is
Day 1: chest shoulders tris
Day 2 back bis
Day 3: rest
Repeat.
Also has anyone tries the split of
Day 1: chest back shoulders
Day 2: bis tris
Just wondering if its any good.
