Hey all, after around close to eight months of training at home, using my limited weights and machines, I have finally gotten a membership at the gym. I do not want to look like an idiot at the gym, and I want to do the best workouts I can do.
Here's what I know how to do: basic benchpressing, decline, incline, flat, curling, pretty much anything you can do with a dumbbell, pull-ups, dips, deadlifting, and a few other various crossfit stuff I don't really want to delve into at the gym.
So, machines I should look into, avoid, etc? If you have an idea of a workout I should be doing, please send me a link with the proper form, very much appreciated. I'm not afraid of any workouts, and I'm used to killing it downstairs, but I'm not experienced with the machines. I've heard of cable rows, flys, etc, but I'm not sure what other vital workouts I should be doing.
