I hate it when people say to read the Stickies

I think new people don't even know what 'stickies' are.. especially if they're new to forums in general. That being said.. if you KNOW what a sticky is and you're just being lazy-- then yea you're probably not serious enough about your inquiry to the extent that other people should even care-- since you couldn't take the time to research yourself.

Define 'normal'. I read and understood them when I came here. It take a little time and effort, but if you can't do that then this isn't the place for you anyways(nor the hobby).

There isn't 100 or even close. 2nd, if you don't have "time" or patience to read for 20 minutes, then you are never going to succeed with your diet or workout, so may as well give up now while you are ahead.

Stickies have been part of internet forums since the mid 90s (possibly earlier) and are not bodybuilding.com exclusive. Ignorance of 20 year old technology is not an excuse.
