Part 1

Part 2

8 years training pretty seriously now
Split:
1: Chest
2: Legs
3: Arms
4: Shoulders

rest days are 3 on 1 off. Training is most definitely high volume, weights pyramided on most exercises when I'm not doing a superset. Split never changes, rep range and exercise choice changes every workout, usually with the exception of the first exercise...that being Squat for legs, Deadlift for back etc. Calves and Abs are done alternated every other day usually. Traps trained with shoulders, and Forearm work with arms.

I would love to get to try Launch after having tried Fierce, my understanding is that Fierce isn't even new and Launch 4350 is pretty new.
