Calling out medics for question (bitterblossom?)

Ok so I've managed to find some tine to lift, it's immediately after work though. An I have a ****ty desk job where I sit for 6-8 hours all day.

My lower body gets all tight after all the sitting, what is there I can do to kind of get my lower body ready for Squats after sitting down so much?

    Thanks

well you could start your workout with some dynamic movements like BW lunges or squats or even cardio.

or even while your working it wouldnt be to much of a burden to do 10 BW squats every hour or so or once in a while when you get the tight feeling.

    Thankyou, this is correct.

Sorry Jamie, I was busy killing people on deadspace. Didn't see your reply until just now. Macniall's answer + p-class exercises will help prep you for weight lifting.

Your back hurts from a desk job because you don't do deadlifts.
