    Taking too preworkout supplement

    it has caffeine creatine arginene beta lanine, and other stuff. maybe causing me cramps when i take 2 servings a day as the max dose suggests? thanks!

    It looks like you have absolutely zero idea about what you're taking, so I'd highly recommend you to NOT take any kind of preworkout.

    Up your water intake, should help with cramping. Cut your pwo dose in 1/2 too (or less) and educate yourself on products before taking them.
