Go to the outpatient clinic and ask if a nurse can check your blood pressure. Most places don't charge for the service. Oh.....and eat something.
Don't judge me by my redz. It was 1 neg from somebody with 1200000 rep power.

you can wait it out!! sounds like it was too much for your body at once. Especially without eating.

But really if you feel like your going to pass out... go see a doc!

I've has similar side effects, eventually went away after some time.
Plus your only 14!! for a pre workout you probably only need caffeine!!!

"Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heart beat. Not recommended for use by children under 18 years of age." From the product page.

Eat something. No, don't go to sleep, wait it out for the time being. If it's been 3-4 hours you should be coming down fairly soon.

Please, for the love god, research something before you start taking it. If problems persist, or get worse, over the next hour, go see a doctor.

Yes, it should go away, if you experienced something similar by just drinking a Rockstar, then it seems like caffeine really takes a toll on you.

Being you took it 3-4 hours ago, like I said, you should start coming down from it soon. It can take up to 6-8 hours though, especially being you seem to be highly sensitive to caffeine.

There's nothing you really can do, besides wait it out, and like I said, if the problems persists go to the doctor, although, I doubt he'll say anything more than "Dont take it anymore" and "Wait it out".

One thing you can do is, calm the **** down. Adding extra stress to the situation is just making you more paranoid. Sit down, relax, you'll be fine.

    Question Bsn Rush

Lot of water with potassium will speed up the process of flushing it our of your system, I don't understand this product either or some other pre-workout products, it can't be only the coffeine, I took 400mg before no problem, took one serving of endo rush and I, was flying, ringing in ears, red in face and blood pressure in the gym after 15 min workout 150/90, and I usually have low blood pressure because taking aakg and citruline besides the pre-workout, I don't know what is the "magic" of this product either,
