First time taking creatine, need answers plz

Bout to purchase Con-Cret creatine, few questions

How much water should i be aiming for, 8-10 glasses?

What exactly should i be noticing, improved endurance, strength, water weight?

I've heard its very taxing on your kidneys if you dont drink the recommended water?

Sorry for all these questions TIA

You should aim for an extra liter of water a day, given that you are drinking 2 liters of water already. So try to drink 3-4 liters of water a day, which is 6-8 standard bottles.

And your endurance, strength and water weight should increase a bit, but remember creatine is used for extra energy/recovery ability so don't expect huge gains when you start, but expect good gains while taking it.

if you are actively working out and eating right:

drink at least a gallon of water a day

Con-Cret improves Strength, Endurance and Recovery

if you dose correctly you should see some effect in 1-2 weeks
