Bout to purchase Con-Cret creatine, few questions
How much water should i be aiming for, 8-10 glasses?
What exactly should i be noticing, improved endurance, strength, water weight?
I've heard its very taxing on your kidneys if you dont drink the recommended water?

And your endurance, strength and water weight should increase a bit, but remember creatine is used for extra energy/recovery ability so don't expect huge gains when you start, but expect good gains while taking it.
