    Does Creatine Work?

Hey guys, so quick question... I've been taking whey for a while now and I usually just do a scoop after I lift.. and I lift like 3 times a week. I'm trying to get bigger though and also burn some fat so I'm going to continue lifting and start adding H.I.I.T. probably 3 times a week. I'm assuming the H.I.I.T. shouldn't really affect my muscle growth as opposed to long distance cardio, etc. Anyways, to get to the point, I'm thinking about starting to take Creatine because I heard it helps with muscle growth. I've never taken it before, all I ever take is Pure Whey. Does Creatine really work and have you guys gotten better results by using it? And how should I use it in coordination with the scoop of whey I take after my workouts? Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Creatine is one of the most-researched sports supplements of all time, with many manhy peer-reviewed studies. Yes it works, and for mono non-responders there are "designer" creatine cocktails/volumizers with other forms of creatine for superior absorption...

Check out our BodyForge for an amazing tasting creatine/volumizer...

Yes, creatine works. It has a ton of legit studies backing it's effectiveness.

Take no more than 3-5g a day, don't cycle, don't load, and be sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day. You can take creatine at anytime, the timing of it isn't that important.

It can, plenty of people respond and plenty of people don't respond to it. I recommend starting with cheaper creatine and trying each type to see what your body responds too

Ok, so would it be good to just continue taking Whey right after I lift and take Creatine in the morning or something?

I take creatine (Kre-alkalyn 1500) before a work out and before I go to bed. Read the directions for the product and you'll be fine.

And yes, the whey after your lift works great. Also, take whey with 16 oz of milk before you go to bed.
