Looks like a low bar squat and you're going well below parallel. In most instances, your lower back will be bending in that position. We'd need to see from more of a back angle.

With high bar, you can go ATG, but low bar usually does not allow it.

not always the case though. i use low bar and go well below parallel. not sure if what i do is "ATG" but it definitely qualifies as a full squat.

from what i could see on the vid his low back stayed tight. if not you would have noticed it immediately when he started his drive out of the hole

Disagree. You're assuming his back is tight, but you're just guessing. Note that I said: "in most cases." Clearly there are some exceptions. However, this is a form check video and the angle is clearly not the best.

I would stay a little tighter in your upper back. First thing that is going to happen on a max attempt will be you caving forward.

Thanks guys - my back stays straight according to my gym buddy, but I also got told that holding the bar closer to my shoulders will naturally make my upper back tighten up. So I'm going to be trying that next leg workout.

Also, I have no problem going all the way down, with the bar that low - but again, when I posted this video in another section, some people suggested that I hold the bar higher up on my back.
