not always the case though. i use low bar and go well below parallel. not sure if what i do is "ATG" but it definitely qualifies as a full squat.
from what i could see on the vid his low back stayed tight. if not you would have noticed it immediately when he started his drive out of the holeYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Thanks guys - my back stays straight according to my gym buddy, but I also got told that holding the bar closer to my shoulders will naturally make my upper back tighten up. So I'm going to be trying that next leg workout.
Also, I have no problem going all the way down, with the bar that low - but again, when I posted this video in another section, some people suggested that I hold the bar higher up on my back.Misc Strength Crew
