    Too much fat gain on bulk?

    Went from 130 to 155. This was a clean bulk. Ate very clean and was pretty meticulous with diet.

    Was wondering if its time to cut?

    Yeah man . I'd say your fat gains are impressively negligent. You haven't gained too much fat. Bulk for now. You've gained a reasonable amount of muscle mass too

    Good work and keep going with the bulk man. Don't think about cutting yet, just keep up with your training and keep eating big. Cutting now will send you right back to where you started but with a little more muscle.

    Good work so far man, keep it up.

    I also gained more fat with my bulk. That's pretty normal.

    I'd say you could of put on less fat but there are noticeable gains in your shoulders and chest. Eating a larger surplus doesn't mean faster muscle growth so I would take your calories down a bit and see how that goes.

    Did you count your calories? If so, I would reduce them by a small amount. I think you put on a fair amount more fat than what you could've. Either that or reduce carb intake and subsitute that with more protein intake.
