Anything from 2-6 depending on how well you recover and how well you can regulate intensity without being overtaken by systemic fatigue.
The middle of the road advice is to hit everything twice a week with around 2-3 exercises, mostly compounds, rep ranges from 5 - 12. Compounds first, lower reps first. Plan your progression, change rep ranges over time but keep core lifts the same.
