    how many days a week should i train?

    if i'm trying to bulk/grow mass

    my routine atm-

    Mon- Chest & bis
    Tues-Back $ tris
    Wed-OFF
    Thurs-Shoulders
    Friday-Legs
    Sat-repeat
    Sun-repeat

    Anything from 2-6 depending on how well you recover and how well you can regulate intensity without being overtaken by systemic fatigue.

    The middle of the road advice is to hit everything twice a week with around 2-3 exercises, mostly compounds, rep ranges from 5 - 12. Compounds first, lower reps first. Plan your progression, change rep ranges over time but keep core lifts the same.

    Arnold trains like few hours a day for God knows how many days.

    A lot of bodybuilders out there train 1 hour a day for 5 days a week and so am I.
