What to eat before early morning Gym??

I am doing weights training(compound exercise) to build muscle mass. Due to my office work timings I changed my workout timing from evening to early morning. So wanted to know what should i eat before hitting to Gym early morning.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

    Anything you want.

    Good options:
    -nothing
    -10g BCAA
-a shake (oats, milk, whey, etc) (add/subtract ingredients as you please)
    -some fruit

It seems that most people don't like anything that sits heavy in the stomach for a morning workout. The above seem to be the most common recommendations.

Uhm, lots of stuff, but what I enjoy is to have some oatmeal, a little bit of mixed berries with it, My Protein Shake(Whey) and one-2 handfuls of pumpkin seed/cashew mix.

But really as long as your getting Quality Protein, Carbs and Fat in the morning, its pretty much good.

There was some research last year or something that said if you start your day off with gym / exercise---then don't eat anything before it, because it is superior.

Anyway, I don't do that, I usually start my day off with Benefiber orange-water, so that's like 30 cals.

If I have an early morning lift I usually eat more of the previous days carbs right before bed so I can be fueled for the morning and then just have a scoop of whey and coffee.

I've also eaten a regular meal that I premade and then gone back to bed lol, gotten up and felt digested then went and lifted....didn't like that as much.

I like to make a protein smoothie and drink it before/during my workout. I figure the carbs probably give me a little boost during my workout.
