I am doing weights training(compound exercise) to build muscle mass. Due to my office work timings I changed my workout timing from evening to early morning. So wanted to know what should i eat before hitting to Gym early morning.
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Anything you want.
Good options:
-nothing
-10g BCAA
-a shake (oats, milk, whey, etc) (add/subtract ingredients as you please)
-some fruit
It seems that most people don't like anything that sits heavy in the stomach for a morning workout. The above seem to be the most common recommendations.PRs - Sq / B / D / Total

If I have an early morning lift I usually eat more of the previous days carbs right before bed so I can be fueled for the morning and then just have a scoop of whey and coffee.
I've also eaten a regular meal that I premade and then gone back to bed lol, gotten up and felt digested then went and lifted....didn't like that as much.www.xccellence.com
