    Training to Failure

now training to failure for me is basically just busting my ass in the gym every time.

Like if i am doing a pyramid set, and its goes like this:

    12,10,8,6

And i can do 12 reps, do i go further until i can't do anymore, or do i just do 12 and then stop. and then do 10 and stop, or go until i can't go anymore

Listen to your body not some stupid number that doesn't mean anything. Same goes for the weight you lift, listen to your body on the day and see what you can lift, obviously look to get stronger but you may find you benched 100kilos last week but the same thing 7 days later you can only push out 90kilos, so many factors can change your performance
