got promoted to Ops Manager at one of our sites but they tried to lowball me and give me $48k (which wouldn't have even covered rent in that area let alone utilities food internet and god forbid I want to enjoy life on a weekend) so I took a smaller promotion and didn't have to relocate and as of June 21st...

Education Bachelor of Science in Business Administration w/ Concentration in Finance
yes looking for a new job, company benefits suck balls (0% matching 401k, ****ty insurance plan), I need a job with more fluid hours as the whole 8-5 thing just doesn't fit with me, also my job is extremely boring(compared to the Ops manager) I like a lot of action, 'face time', decision making, responsiblilty etc. I guess seeing what a higher position looks like for 3 months tainted my view and now I wont accept anything less for myself.
To the younger bros keep workin hard, honestly college doesnt mean ****. Its all about your personality, drive, and 'business sense'

This thread should include location, someone making 60k in Washington is doing good, someone making 60k in NYC can barely survive lol.
