Wondering what is the best time of day to take a prohormone.... Does it matter?
Pre or Post workout?
With or without a meal?

Also, should I take Noestrogen at the same time, before, after?

I have been running hgh-up and zma for a few weeks before starting the prohormone. Im pretty sure they are nonmethylated so I wouldnt think thats a problem but should i stop taking them during my cycle? And kre-Alkalyn which I have been taking for a few months?

I am trying to research on my own but such specific answers are difficult to find so any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.
