Kid beats his mom after she buys him a car with no leather interior or sunroof

GLASTONBURY, CT (WFSB) -

Police in Glastonbury said a son got into an altercation with his mother after his parents didn't buy him a car with leather interior and a sunroof.

Police said Michael Escribano got into a verbal argument where he threatened his mother, and also got into a physical altercation, causing injury after it was learned the accessories he wanted were not included with the new vehicle.

After the altercation, police said, Escribano fled on foot but was located a short time later.

Escribano was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault, interfering with an officer and threatening.

Escribano was held on $25,000 bond and appeared in Manchester Court on Friday.

I would be furious if my parents bought me a care without leather seats or a sunroof.

I was ropeable when they cut my allowance to just 1000 dollars a week.
