I workout at 630am and it's hard to get motivated at that time of the morning, I'm wanting to take pre workout I have bsn n.o explode 2.0 and had a few questions about it. Well... We run sprints for about 30 minutes (intense cardio) and then go in the weight room and get a good 30 minute lift in. Would it be a good idea to take it everyday before we do this workout ? Also what would be good for me to eat before this workout and after.

Drink some orange juice before you workout.
