Thread: Pre workout

    Pre workout

    I workout at 630am and it's hard to get motivated at that time of the morning, I'm wanting to take pre workout I have bsn n.o explode 2.0 and had a few questions about it. Well... We run sprints for about 30 minutes (intense cardio) and then go in the weight room and get a good 30 minute lift in. Would it be a good idea to take it everyday before we do this workout ? Also what would be good for me to eat before this workout and after.

    At 15 just focus on nutrition, no need for a pre workout. Eat some carbs pre than a meal you enjoy post

    A few questions for ya:

    Why BSN NO Xplode?
    Any medical conditions?
    How much for before your training? Which foods?

    I personally would not use a preworkout for long distance running or sprints.

    At 15, you should worry about 2 things. Homework and eating healthy. No need for supplements.
