Ahhh, okie. Got it, what up clinchaz.
I try but it's never good enough. I'm a bum, not in the sense that I don't have shelter, I'm VERY lazy. I'm determined to change all of that though. I've been bumming for too long. I'm 20, no ****ing HS diploma(I know I'm only to blame for that), no job, yet I have a loving family that will give all the necessary resources a guy could ask for, I took advantage of that. I don't want to be that person anymore. That's my past, I'm looking to the future. I only need 1.5 credits to finish HS and Im taking 2 online courses(law, art) I'm not a stupid guy, the schoolwork is easy. I have a deadline to be finished my Law course(end of this week) but because everything else is so interesting when you have **** to get done, I've been procrastinating like a MF. So my plan is, focus on getting law done, as soon as that's done, get a job, gym membership, buy whey and protein, go shopping with mama bear to pick out the foods I need. Start making some good whole nutritious recipes, spread my food intake through out the day. Gonna get **** started..Sorry bout the life story. I got issues I know(dont we all?). I'm barely ever true to myself, figure right here is a good place to start. Plenty of motivators round these parts
When I used to play soccer and rugby, after a match I would soak in a pretty warm tub with some bath salts (ftmw). Light a few candles, turn on some ******t music, ultimate re-cooperation and relaxation bliss. My muscles aches and soreness would be relatively mild after, try it out sometime. And if you live with anybody get them to lightly massage around the area that feels sore/tight, helps relax the tissues in your body for faster regeneration.Last edited by Banglish; 03-27-2012 at 02:54 AM.

One of my female clients hit a 182 back squat today at 135lbs body weight. Not bad.

the snatch itself was not horrible. Remember to keep your back tight and shoulder blades squeezed as you lift the weight. As soon as the weight gets to your knee or just above it you really put all of your force into driving your hips and shoulders up like you are jumping. The arms are just a guide/assist on moving the weight to where you want it to go. It helps if you dont have shoes with a springy soft heel. If you have chucks lift in those or do it barefoot. Or buy some oly shoes, but i doubt you wanna do that.
i am assuming you are only going for the power clean variation. I did like the OVH squat afterwards. It is a good way to achieve the depth need for a snatch.

they are not better than a back squat, however if have never tried them i would recommend them. They are a very challenging exercises at first and a great way to work your core and shoulder/upper back. 135 feels like 2000 lbs at first, but then you figure out the movement.
Also they are manly as ****
