    i have the fastest metabolism on the teen section

    brb weighing 165 for the past 2 1/2 months while eating 3500+ calories a day.

    time to move up to 4k cals.

    i lift 5x a week and mow 5-6 lawns a week. thats really it as far as activity/burning cals.

    Was gonna say, brb weighing 160 and not gaining on 4k a day but I'm no longer a teen there really should be like a college section or 20-25.

    If you don't have a huge appetite having a routine-like approach to your eating can help a lot. Since 9AM (when I had my first meal) I have had 3k calories and I'm about to eat again.

    so on a timed routine? like eat X at 9am, 11 am, etc?

    you would think this would be enough but no..



    and when i said clean bulk they laughed. (too many cals) now im considering it to be not enough. i just started that 2 wks ago ^^ with those macros

    It's basically timed. But it's just a lot of things I noticed about myself. For example, I find it difficult to eat a lot of solid food in my first meal but I can stomach a lot of liquid, so I generally have my breakfast cereal with milk + a litre of 2% milk this alone is over 1000 calories (6 cups of milk 780 + 300-400 depending on which cereal) Then, if I'm up for it, I'll cook some fried eggs and and eat them on some whole grain toast, but sometimes the cereal alone fills me in which case i'll have a protein shake with two scoops of whey in it. If I had the eggs, I'll move down that protein shake to a little bit later, say in an hour or so when my stomach isnt so full. Then my second meal is a liquid meal, around 2-3 hours from my previous meal, when I'm still feeling quite full but can manage the liquid. It's a super dense weight gainer (2 cups oats 2 cups milk 2 scoops whey 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp olive oil 1 banana for a total of 1730 cals and blended up makes a little bit over 3 cups of liquid). That puts me at over 200g pro and over 3k cals before noon, which I find great because I get to slow down my eating for the rest of the day. I find as it gets closer to nightttime the less and less I want to eat.


    EDIT: I used to use fitday. I recently found out that a LOT of their values are incorrect (for example 6 oz of chicken breast is not 300 calories) and switched over to dailyburn. I recommend you do that as well

    You're full of crap bro. All you have to do is man up and start lifting heavy... Your lifting routine probably blows and is counterproductive and unnecessary if you really are eating that much.

    hey, nice to see people my height and around my skinny ass weight ahaha

    i think im doing alright so far, ill get back to lifting tomorrow hopefully. Most people think i look a fair bit bigger than 130-135 lbs, im honestly thinking asians have lighter bones or sometthing

    I take a 1300 calorie shake (mass attack heavyweight) before beddy byes and I gain. I got a fkin fast metabolism too.
