    It wasn't too bad until a few weeks ago, but the humidity has really settled in. yuck. do not like. But shorts are fun, and I love my legs more and more each year!

    They're not getting worse - but not getting better either. I bought some big bandaid/gauze pads that I might try next. I didn't have any pain today, so maybe I won't worry about it.

    I'm wondering if putting coconut oil on them might make it better...I got a big tub of coconut oil from my brother and dont really use it for cooking

    also agree that your deads should go up after this program..probably smoke that 315 and get much more!

    One day I'll be able to squat. Maybe. LOL. Hopefully work/sleep will permit more time around the forums. Considering I slept until 1 pm, and it's an off day, maybe not. I think it's just a matter of getting back into lifting again. It's wearing me out right now.
