    Protein powder for bulking

    I have been bulking and i just finished my tub of GNC's mass xxx. Haven't seen much results. Should I buy more weight gainers or 100% whey protein and just eat alot of real food with that? I want a gain as much muscle as possible with minimal fat gains.

    Before you spend your money on supplements make sure you have a proper diet with actual food laid out first. Seems to me you are saying..
    1. Get weight gainer, or
    2. Get whey protein and eat a lot.

    You need to do what is in bold in any option.

    I've used six gainers …
    I would recommend : *N-large 2 for "minimal fat gains"
    *SeriousMass or MuscleJuice if you're interesting in scale reading...
