Been cutting for a month and i cant help but see that im looking worse.
If i move or lift my arms, it looks like i have a fat pudgy belly with wide hips and love handles. my ribs are showing though. so im guessing this is skinny fat status?
iv had a binging problem before (would cut at 1500 calories for 5 days then consume 10k+ surplus calories on the weekends). i stuck to my diet for 3 weeks or so and last week i binged/overfed on around 10k+ Calories but i didnt think itd get so bad?
dont know what to do now :/ definitely have a LOT of fat to lose but not sure what to do with the intake (cut on slightly higher cals? recomp style?)

-Cutting for 1 month
- look worse than before --> pudgy fat belly, wide love handles/hips, BUT can BLATANTLY still see Rib Cage
- stuck to diet for 3 weeks (1500 calories maybe 2000 calorie son weekends)
-binged on 10k+ surplus last weekend and this week even after water loss looking worse

I used to have the same issue as you to the same degree...
heres what helped me.
I went on EC stack and avoided alcohol for two weeks. I made sure i got my dosage everyday as this curbed hunger. When your on EC, you will cheat, but you will not go on a 24hour gorge fest as your tongue iskind of numbed out a little. It almost turns you into a normal person..lol..
However, once you get the 2-3 week hurdle of not binging, the habit is gone.. Even after you go out of the stack. Your body def doesn't need that much food, so its all mental.
Also, a huge source of your uncontrollable binges might comefrom anti-depressants, or anti-psychotics. If thats the case, talk to your doctor.
