Does anyone know of any sites that list the general nutritional info for different foods and meals (at least the macros)?

I went to a small hole-in-the-wall cafe for breakfast, and the food was both light and tasty. I had the chance to ask about the food, and the cook told me that everything is prepared fresh, and that nothing is pre-cooked. Unfortunately, the cafe's menu doesn't list any kind of nutritional info.

Just estimate, and if it bothers you that much don't eat at places with no nutritional info.
