Yes Prescription drugs are not allowed to be discussed either. Please note the post I made earlier in this thread about the forum rules. I don't make the rules I just enforce them. Plus I am very well read on the special supplementation that BB'ers use I also have many friends who compete so I am aware of what insulin is used for.
Please don't take my response to be rude if I come across that way I do apologize. We all know what the professionals at the level of Cutler, Kai, Branch, etal. have to do to get there, continually discussing it is not only against forum rules but honestly a moot point. Just my .02

I always found it interesting how you had guys like Kevin Levrone, who would talk about going to a "deep place", would basically shut everything else off in his life, and Flex Wheeler, who I once read would even move out of his house and set up shop in a hotel room, so he could get ready for the show, and would be full into the whole "I'm suffering, this is so difficult" thing, and needed a trainer to kick his ass...and never won "the big one"...
...and then you had a guy like Ronnie Coleman who not only trained by himself (for the most part), had a regular 8 hour job, would always be upbeat and in a good mood, and didn't overdo his diet and training...and won 8 Sandows.

Check out my youtube channel! Feel free to ask questions, and I'll make video responses as in depth and to my knowledge as I can. I don't spread bro science, my information will be similiar to Ian Mccarthy/Layne/Ogus/Eric helms in the sense that I will base my accusations of of science/studies. Also some personal experience, but I won't impose that onto you. But if you ask, I'll answer :)

It's like a law of the internet that any time someone criticises another person's grammar, they themselves will make a grammar mistake.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

I don't mean it like "Oh, look at Ronnie, how did he win 8 Sandows while goofing off?"
What I mean is that Ronnie became one of the greatest of all time while not making things too difficult or to scientific. He just did his thing, had fun while doing it, and became successful.

Please do not comment on subjects you clearly haven't the slightest clue about. This board is already filled with enough nonsensical idiots who have no real life experience. We certainly don't need another blabber mouth spouting off commentary on subjects they've only read about in Flex magazine.
Welcome to thunder dome, bitch.
