alright i know your supposed to have carbs after a lifting session. but what about after a cardio session? is that treated the same or should i stay with just eating mainly protein post cardio?

I eat jelly beans as my fast acting carb after a workout session but thats just personal preference and i like jelly beans. I usually get a 2 to 1 ratio of carbs to protein about 60 to 30 in my shake. Your bigger so adjust as you need to but on cardio days i just cut the carbs in half and keep the protein where it is. Some people have said to eat the same amount of carbs but i have gotten success from cutting them. But still get some fast acting carbs after and then eat a real meal.
