    EC stack in sport???

    A couple of weeks ago i had a cold in the week leading up to a big rugby game, on the day of the game i took some Pseudoephedrine to clear my sinuses. 20mins before the game, i was still feeling flat, so i took my regular caffine tablet as well...i went from feeling flat and sluggish to feeling awesome and played incredibly well...minus some cramping in the last 2 mins of the game

    So, the following week i wanted to maintain my form and i followed the same routine ... played awesome again.

    Am i doing myself damage/ or at risk? anyone else tried this?

    There is clear evidence supporting both drugs as performance enhancing (i am not in a drug tested league so it is not a worry).

    should be fine unless you're playing more than once a week. you could also save it only for when you feel sluggish also if you don't want to become reliant on stims to perform your best.

    EC raises your heart rate. i dont recommend anyone take EC and do anything that will raise your heart rate for prolonged periods of time i.e, running. I've taken it pre-lift, but i would never take it pre-cardio.
