    I knwo this is a noob question but.....

    what do u guys eat to stay healthy. I know like salad,vegetables eggs and all but what else.....like drinks are water.but wat else do u guys eat?

    fish, chicken, beef, pork, yams, wheaties, more chicken, tuna(fish)
    milk....what else is there? occaisonaly pasta, bread, bagels
    no candy, ice cream, if so very very rarely
    light a man a fire and he'll be warm for a night.

    set the man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

    large bags of frozen ones from costco is the way to go.

    I know you should eat about 2.5-3 times your bodyweight of carbs, but how much should be simple, and how much complex?

    keep the ones with more fiber (complex) going
    this is things like fruit, veggies, juice, pasta

    the others are the ones that build fat and junk
    those are in candy, ice cream, pretty much any baked goods
