I've been losing weight since I was about 270+
I've been "cutting" since I was 247
But.. whenever I reach 230 I'm like "Yesss from next week I will be in the 220's"
But then I go back up to 232
Next week back to 230
Have no idea why.
Then one week I starved myself at 232 and thought I HAD to lose weight.. even if it was water/muscle but ..still... 230
after the starve week I went to 236 ish
but... 230 agina
why can't I go below 230? am I intolerant to something?
