ive heard that sometimes happens from imprpper form like holding the barbell crooked or something. so you could try focusing on form a bit more but i agree dumbells is a good idea. could just be genetics too

db press is a good idea. but also, get someone to stand back and watch as you do barbell bench. from standing a few steps back they can see how ur holding the bar. good chance its crooked. but also, i always did db press, or kept the bar straight. but still my left is a little bigger then my right.
if you look at everyone closely ull notice improptions, its something everyone gets.

so if its not perfect dont stress. unless its bad no one will notice anyways

Post Snapshot of my disproposed chest muscles - is it so abnormal?

    Friends.
i have attached my photos in this post.
Please check it out and tell me if the disproportion is clearly visible.
    Is it abnormally visible??

Whenever i do normal chest workout only my right chest and right biceps are getting bigger.
i cant give pressure equally on both side when working out.

So what should be my first step?

Should i equalize the power and size on both sides or i can can continue with normal workout?

Thanks for ur previous responses friends.

would be glad if i have responses for this too.

    I've got the same issue

For now just stay away from the barbell bench press, it will only develop the stronger side faster since you use it more

Do your chest exercises with dumbbells, so if you're doing chest presses with dbs, maybe do a few extra reps on the weak side

However I wouldn't worry too much about it right now, just keep lifting and eating and it will eventually even out!

Your just lacking mass, that's all, and i dont see anything wrong with your chest.
So if i pick this weight up, then put it down. I will obtain the swole?
